Built for a first responder through East Cape's public-safety program, this 19 VHP runs a Mercury 115 Pro XS with Bennett tabs and a Power-Pole Pro Series, good for mid-40s to low-50s mph. The console carries a 12-inch Simrad, and the deck combines double-thick pleated cushions with gray SeaDek, a Minn Kota guide-mount trolling motor, and an oversized casting platform in two positions. It's headed for Tampa Bay tarpon, snook, and inshore sight fishing, with enough range for light offshore grouper trips.
