25 Open

A true offshore center console with shallow-water roots. The 25 Open delivers a dry ride, rough-water capability, and confidence-inspiring quality.
Every one is built to order in Longwood — one boat at a time, around the way you actually fish. Nothing on this page is a stock configuration.
Built for the water it was drawn for.
14° of deadrise is the East Cape signature — enough V to handle a bay-day chop without beating you up, shallow enough to work a 14"–18" draft. It rides quiet, poles silent, and gets on plane fast.
The numbers, straight.
Specs are for a standard build. Options, power and rigging change weight and draft — we'll give you the real numbers for your configuration.
What comes on it.
The package price includes the boat, engine and rigging — not a base number that doubles by the time you can launch. A trailer isn’t part of this package — many owners keep a boat this size on a lift or a marina rack.

Explore the 25s
Same family, different intent. The honest difference is hull and draft — the rest is how you fish.

Before you build one.
How shallow can the 25 Open actually run?
Draft runs 14"–18" depending on how she's loaded and rigged. Numbers on a page are one thing though — tell us the water you fish and we'll tell you honestly whether this is the right hull for it.
How is the 25 Open different from the 25 Hybrid?
Same 25-foot platform. The 25 Open runs 14° deadrise with a 14"–18" draft; the 25 Hybrid runs 14° with a 14"–18" draft. Deadrise is the real decision — flatter gets skinnier, more V rides better when it kicks up.
What power does it take?
250–425 HP. Every boat ships as a package — boat, engine and rigging, priced once and up front. Suzuki, Mercury and Yamaha are all on the table; we'll walk through what actually suits how you run.
How many people can I fish?
Rated capacity is 9. Fuel is 130 gal, which is what sets your real range on a long run.
What's standard, and what's extra?
The ready-to-fish package below is standard on every 25 Open — engine and rigging included. Everything past that (electronics, trolling motor, jack plate, livewell config, AwlGrip color, layout) is yours to choose in the builder.
How long does a build take, and what happens next?
Start a build online and a real person reviews it within one business day — no automated funnel. From there we confirm layout, power and finish before anything gets laid up. You’re welcome to come see the boat on the floor.
