Kept about as simple as East Cape gets, this EVOx side console's only upgrade from stock is a Yamaha F70 in place of the standard Suzuki 60, headed to the Ingman Marine dealership in Southwest Florida. Fully loaded with fuel, two people, and gear it drafts 6.5 to 7.25 inches and runs 38 to 41 mph. Rod holders under the gunnel are set up for fly, spin, and conventional tackle, and a 40-gallon livewell rounds it out.
